This Refund Policy applies to all Premium purchases made
on Vetri AI Coach, operated by
Vetri IT Systems.
Nature of the Purchase:
Premium access is a one-time, non-recurring digital
purchase that provides unlimited mock interview practice
for a specific course for 30 days.
Premium access does not auto-renew. Access automatically
expires at the end of the 30-day period, and a new payment
is required to continue using Premium features.
No Refund:
All Premium payments are
final and strictly non-refundable
once the payment has been successfully completed.
No refund will be provided for unused Premium access,
unused days, change of mind, lack of usage, failure to
use the available features, or discontinuation of the
service after purchase.
No refund will be provided if a user changes their mind
after purchasing Premium access or decides that the
service is no longer required.
No refund will be provided for duplicate payments,
accidental purchases, or purchases made by mistake.
Users are advised to carefully review their course and
payment details before completing a transaction.
No refund will be provided due to changes in the user's
selected course, job role, learning requirements, or
personal circumstances after purchase.
Payment Issues:
If a payment is deducted but Premium access is not
activated due to a technical issue, please contact us

businessteam@vetriitsystems.com
so that the issue can be investigated and the access
issue can be resolved.
Contacting us regarding a payment or technical issue
does not create an entitlement to a refund. Refunds
will not be issued for Premium purchases.
Coupons and Free Access:
Promotional coupons, free offers, and complimentary
Premium access are provided at no cost and are therefore
not eligible for any refund.
Course or Institute Changes:
Premium access is associated with the course selected
at the time of purchase. Changes to a course or institute
after purchase do not make the payment refundable.
Users are advised to review the course details, Premium
features, pricing, and applicable terms carefully before
completing the payment.
By completing a Premium purchase, you acknowledge and
agree that the payment is
final and non-refundable.
